Once an order has been created, it immediately appears on the run planner ready to be actioned, with load weights automatically calculated. Order statuses and colours change automatically upon being received, submitted for picking, picked, loaded, delivered, then invoiced. Credit Control
Tired of sending product to customers who promise to pay you on time but don’t?
The solution is to put these customers on stop-credit until payment has been made. With Infoware, you can still accept their orders, however they will be quarantined automatically. Your team can easily see the quarantined orders displayed in red on the Run Planner, immediately knowing that the customer is on stop-credit and is required to get their account up-to-date before the order is released for picking.
Pick Allocation
Once the order passes the automated credit checks, it appears in the Run Planner as ready for picking. You decide when to commence picking and whether to pick orders individually or via a consolidated wave picking process to further increase efficiency.
Freight labels can be printed for wave picks immediately assigning the picked stock to the correct customer order.
Infoware also supports RF scanning to ensure you pick the right products for the right orders, every time.
Backorders for wholesale customers are included in picking requirements so you can consolidate with existing orders reducing delivery costs.
Order Fulfillment
Any orders not picked remain visible on the run planner until they are picked or cancelled. No more missed orders.
The run planner provides various options to set your runs for each delivery region, which you can change as required. You can also make the drivers job smoother by getting your order packing/loading in reverse drop sequence… avoiding wasting drivers time having to search for each carton at point of delivery.
Load weights are automatically calculated for each vehicle load.
On-time Delivery
With a single click you can then generate manifests, delivery dockets and/or invoices for the entire run. You can also automatically email customers their dockets or invoices before your driver’s arrival (all still part of the same single click process).
Once your driver is on the road, they’ll more efficiently deliver the right product loaded in run sequence making them more productive, less stressed, and enabling them to interact more effectively with your customer’s receiving personnel.

Run Planner
A common challenge is managing the picking of orders. Regardless of whether you pick by paper, scan or tablet, all current and prior unpicked orders are presented in the run planner. These appear in delivery runs. You can move orders if required between runs.
You determine which orders are either discreetly or wave picked. As orders pass through the logistics process, they change colour between picking commenced; picking completed; manifested and delivered. Subtle efficiencies such as single click manifest generation which generates a manifest summary and invoice copies in drop sequence for drivers, and optionally email invoices directly to customers.
